To keep growing, Silicon Valley Clean Energy needed a redesigned health spending accounts for employees, a better-integrated payroll system, and access to ongoing human resources expertise.
In March 2016, twelve communities in Santa Clara County formed the Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority (SVCE), a communityowned agency established to operate a Community Choice Aggregation program. By 2018, however, SVCE was growing quickly and needed a solution to attract and retain top talent. Claremont delivered a redesign of its health spending account offering for employees, its payroll system, and access to ongoing human resources expertise.
