During the years Claremont Partners has worked with  Fresno Unified's Joint Health Management Board (JHMB) their Per Member Per Month medical costs have steadily decreased while state trend spending has more than doubled. Claremont’s data analysis showed that increasing spending on mental health benefits decreased medical costs, yielding better benefits for employees and lower costs for the District.
